The Company was incorporated under laws of Singapore with aim to establish itself as a
prominent commodity company in space of Energy. The company is involved in Coal
Trading activities. The company as trader exports Indonesian non-coking coal to buyers in
India, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia & China. It has entered into coal offtake agreements
with reputed miners in different regions of Indonesia. The company has achieved turnover
of over US$ 150 million consistently from last 3 years and traded over 4 million Tons of coal per year.
Considering the market trend in global commodities market, it aims to achieve turnover of
USD 200 million in current year 2025.The company has traded over 4 million tonnes of coal in
the last 3 years and has planned to sale 5 million tonnes in current year and aims to
double its trading capacity by end of 2026. The Company aims to export coal to new
emerging markets like Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan & Taiwan.
The current export is largely made from coal offtake from PT PESONA KHATULISTIWA
NUSANTARA (PT PKN) a mining asset in Tarakan Region of North Kalimantan province and
PT TRIMATA BENUA, a mining asset in Sumatera region. The coal from these mines
command high demand and price premium in China & India market. PT BANGUN ENERGY
INDONESIA (PT BEI) located in Jambi province in Sumatera Indonesia giving best freight
advantage to destinations like India, Vietnam and China. The company also procures &
exports coal from prominent miners in other regions of Indonesia on spot basis. It aims to
export 5.0 million tonnes in current fiscal year 2025 by ramping up coal lifting from PT PKN,
PT BEI, PT BIB, PT Trimata Benua & PT Tiwa Abadi (Bayan Group).
The company ensures thorough due diligence on quality & quantity to meet buyers’
satisfaction and maintains its reputation in the international market.
